Not satisfied at all. Carl was nice and respectful as was Nate. A lot of basic mistakes made and my car is running horribly now. Simple issues due to technician error were never fixed and broke plastic intake parts. Misdiagnosed car as well. Overfilled oil during oil and filter change for the 2nd time now. Over 2 liters too high! Oil level sensor works great, not the issue. Intake works now that I had to fix it myself and pay for parts broken by technician. Cone air filters are not the problem. Car barely will run now. Nothing personal at all just very bad service and not doing what I asked. More
