Normally I’m very happy with BMW of Westlake however not this time. A 2 day service took 8 days. Communication was poor. My billing was wrong which created a 2 day problem for me. The BMW of Westlake is where I take my 328ix 2015 to be serviced. They always manage to be able to fit me in for service whenever I need it done.
