Unfortunately, this is not my first service issue with Ganley - I have not had any "sales" issues going back to my previous BMW when the store was still on Lorain nor when we purchased a new Subaru. All my issues were regarding poor service - with the Subaru, I complained directly to Subaru and found another dealer. Telling me that there are "no issues" and leaving me to find out for myself that there is an issue requiring attention is simply unacceptable. OK, it may not be so convenient, but I'll use one of the two BMW dealers on the eastside in future. By the way, although "John" is the name on the invoice, it was a lady who told me that there were "no issues" - I don't know her name, but clearly she had not bothered to read the paperwork.
