Mrs. Murray, I apologized to you over the phone for any inconvenience that might have been caused but your 1-star review seems to have conveniently omitted some relevant information. You didn’t mention that you were provided a purchase order within 24 hours of your first inquiry on 2/3 but never signed it. You didn't mention that after offering to buy this vehicle you refused to pay for it. Signed documents and payment in full constitute a SOLD vehicle and, unfortunately, you had completed neither. Yes, the vehicle was sold to someone else....8 days after we started working with you but there was extensive communication with you and every effort was being made to help you conclude the transaction (including driving the car to Charlotte so you could see it).
