DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ! !!! TH TETER (service advisor) AND MANAGERS JEFFREY CLESMELEWSKI and JASON MARTINO ARE THE REASON FOR THIS BAD REVIEW. THEY WILL HOLD ON TO YOUR CAR !!! TH TETER (service advisor) AND MANAGERS JEFFREY CLESMELEWSKI and JASON MARTINO ARE THE REASON FOR THIS BAD REVIEW. THEY WILL HOLD ON TO YOUR CAR FOR DAYS FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS WITH NO LOANER, THEY WILL NOT FIX SAID REPAIRS BUT INSTEAD THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU DO NOT NEED OR WANT !!! THEN THEY WILL RETURN YOUR CAR BACK TO YOU WITH SCRATCHED RIMS !!!!!!!! THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS TO FIX THE RIMS!!! This is the SECOND TIME THEY DAMAGED MY CAR BTW More

Called to schedule service on my son’s Jeep. Al surrounding dealerships were 3-4 weeks out. Princeton Jeep squeezed me in next day with loaner, ordered parts and had car back to me 3 days later. Al surrounding dealerships were 3-4 weeks out. Princeton Jeep squeezed me in next day with loaner, ordered parts and had car back to me 3 days later. Amazing service from a terrific team of professionals. I would highly recommend. More

I would give them a 0 star if this system allowed me to. Besides never having loaner cars, my problems with my jeep started when I got my jeep back after their mechanics did an air bag recall and oil chang Besides never having loaner cars, my problems with my jeep started when I got my jeep back after their mechanics did an air bag recall and oil change. Then after their error I go back and get charged their last $150+ diagnostic fee and their service rep Tracy Lambert ried to rip me off and sell me over $3000 made up issues with my jeep that I had a third party mechanic double check and confirm that I didn’t need. I don’t recommend Baker Jeep!! More

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!! Dropped our Jeep Wrangler off for a recall. That went fine. We came back to pick it up after the service dept was closed, we drove around back to pick up the car and we picked u for a recall. That went fine. We came back to pick it up after the service dept was closed, we drove around back to pick up the car and we picked up a nail along with a piece of splash shield in their lot. Tire could not be plugged and must be replaced. Tried to get reimbursed by talking with service rep, service manager, general manager and dealer president. Called repeatedly over several days and nothing. So going in for a service recall is going to cost me $270. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. The fact that this nail was in their lot just goes to show how sloppy, lazy, lack of focus and inattention to quality this dealer must have. The fact that they won't own up to their responsibility also shows that they don't stand behind their work. More

Worst service department and service manager Had an oil.change....during this they scratched the hood of my truck requiring taking to a body shop They said they checked my brakes and they were Had an oil.change....during this they scratched the hood of my truck requiring taking to a body shop They said they checked my brakes and they were fine. 3 weeks later i needed new pads and rotors costing me 600 dollars. They lost my wheel lock. Manager was rude and did nothing. Ram gave me 3 free oil changes. Ha...as if I would ever go back to the dealer again. That did not evem come close to covering the over $600 in costs for their ignorance and lying about "checking " brakes. More

When I arrived at BAKER Jeep in Princeton, I was received by Sales Consultant Ryan Conard. I felt comfortable in Ryan's presence, and he seemed very honest and trustworthy. Ryan had a huge knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler. He was pleasant, professional and by no means overbearing. I got exactly the car I wanted and a super service throughout the process by Ryan Conard. Therefore, I can only recommend that if you are going to buy a car at BAKER in Princeton - ask for Ryan Conard. More
