Nissan Quest We love our Nissan Quest and we have always taken it for its oil change and so forth But they claim that we went 11 mths with out a change. Which is not true, we were late by a couple of weeks once. We always followed the sticker they place on our window. Now even though it is still warranted, they will not fix it. We feel someone did not post the two times we went in or they erased it from the computer to make it look like we neglected our vehicle. So No, do not recommend More

Certified what??? I had seen a certified Murano on the internet. Price was midrange to high comparing Kelly Bluebook. When it came to the paperwork we were planning on using one of our banks or credit unions the sales person wanted to compare rates to see if they could be competitive. No problem... until the sales man came back with a work sheet. The price of the car was as advertised but there was an additional $895 added on plus another $195, This was not tax title or lisc. fee but an additional fee. When I questioned him he said this was the fee for having a certified car. I merely replied I did not know I was buying an extended warranty, he said it was not. Why would you be paying for a certification fee if it is not certified until you pay a certified fee...How stupid..."The price should have been included in the internet price." When we questioned rather than offer to get a manager to negotiate he would ramble on why we should pay the fee and acted as though we had some nerve questioning the charges. He also went on to say these were fees negotiated and my wife would respond negotiated by whom it certainly was not us the potential customer. I can not believe we are the only ones that have experienced this perhaps one of the few that called them out on it. We turned tail and walked out all the wiser. "Buyer beware" watch these guys.... We never received a card so I apologize I can not remember the young mans name. But seeing how I need to choose some one to finish the report here it goes. More
The worst expereince I've ever had THE WORST Experience I've had in car buying experience. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car totaled, so was in the market for a 2016 Nis THE WORST Experience I've had in car buying experience. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car totaled, so was in the market for a 2016 Nissan Murano. I fell for their online advertisement that was priced well under market value. First visit was by accident while driving to Conroe, met with Kyle the salesperson, I told him what I was looking for and my price, he showed me what he had, then began the numbers game. I told him I was only there to check prices, he then went back and forth with his "manager" TODD, who did the regular dealership bs, finally getting to the terms I walked in asking for after an hour and half. Unfortunately I was out of time, so I had to leave. I went to 3 dealerships who didn't waste my time like they did, but Kyle was so persistent in his communication, so I went back 2 days later after work. Met with Alex, who seemed different and more professional, we got to the finance office, where he says he's not going to bs or haggle cuz its late. BLATANT LIE! After haggling with him for 30 minutes, I'm ready to walk out, so he gets with Alex, they find the vehicle I really wanted at another dealership. I agree to pay the charges to commute the vehicle, we haggle more for price, then I leave in a loaner friday night. Absolutely no communication from the dealership after 4 days, so I call on the 5th day, spoke to another manager, Alex called that night saying the dealer wasn't returning his call, so he'll call me in the morning. After NO call, I called at noon, he then tells me the vehicle they had in mind was wrecked and thats the only vehicle in texas. (I already spoke with another dealer who found 4 vehicles in texas, but they had nav & remote start.) I called back to speak to the manager Amanda, who says what Alex says, so I told her what I knew, she says yes but thats 1500 more, I tell her thats not my situation. She says she'll call back when they speak with the dealer in Dallas. That was yesterday at 5:30PM & I'm still waiting to get a call back, its 10:26 am the next day! This dealership will promise things they can't deliver, be prepared to haggle in every phase of the deal, do NOT expect communication unless they're trying to get you in. At this point I'm calling other dealerships so I can talk to a more reliable dealership, if there is one out there! This experience has put a horrible taste in my mouth regarding Nissan dealerships and the brand itself. More
