Kristina assisted me with setting up an appointment. She was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealership service department for my appointment, Kristina was helpful and kept me up to date on news about my 2011 Altima. A sensor needed to be reset. I was called to the cashier's desk and was told that this was covered under the warranty. The cashier was very friendly. Any time one has to deal with car issues there is a sense of dread at the thought of a long wait and possible large payment, but this turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Thank you. More

However, the only thing that bothered me was the time I had to wait from getting an approval for a loan to meeting up with the Finance team. I spent almost 5 hours at the dealer that day. Gets very tiring for any customer and especially for the people working there; the salesman and finance manager that took care of me stayed with me till midnight till I finished up all my paperwork. Other than that I can't complain. More
