The moment we arrived we were welcomed (not ganged up on) and were walked through inventory, options, finding out or goals for the visit thru the entire process it felt welcoming and helpful. Carlos did a great job. Our goal was to cut costs with an upgrade. He gallantly working his way through the process and at the very end we changed our minds. He didn't bat an eye. We upgraded to the Rogue we really wanted (spent more money) but the financing they worked out, was better then what we walked in with. Kudos to Baker Nissan and staff. More

Great Experience! I was having problems with my Pathfinder. It was juddering when I drove. I called and explained my problem to Rick. He was very nice over the phone an I was having problems with my Pathfinder. It was juddering when I drove. I called and explained my problem to Rick. He was very nice over the phone and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue. He told me to bring it on Saturday and Mack Smith would be my service guy. Mack had it looked at and the transmission fluid was replaced. He told me to drive it for a few days or 100 miles and if I was still having problems to bring it back. I called Mack the following Wednesday and told him the car was still not working properly. We scheduled a time Thursday to bring it back. This time they did a system download/upgrade and checked the transmission again. This included one of the service managers in the car as well while being driven. Mack informed me that they would need to replace the transmission and offered a rental. Mack kept me informed of the process throughout and how it was progressing. The two gentlemen that helped me with the rental pickup and dropoff were awesome as well. It was a great experience. My car is working perfectly again. I would definitely recommend the service department at Baker! More

The service was expensive, but the end product was good. I brought my 2007 Murano in because its "engine service soon" lamp was lit. The service department conducted a survey of the car's various systems an I brought my 2007 Murano in because its "engine service soon" lamp was lit. The service department conducted a survey of the car's various systems and advised of the various repairs/replacements that would be in order. The charges totaled approximately $4,000.00. I told Lance Clemmons, Service Consultant, to go ahead and do the work. The issues addressed included motor mount, strut, and lower control arm, fuel vent/valve and valve cover replacements; the car had reached the 130K mile mark, so extensive maintenance was required. Upon picking up the car and returning home, I noticed significant oil loss from the engine. I returned the car on a Monday night. By the following evening, Eddie Rivera, Service Manager, had facilitated the problem's identification - the re-replacement of a valve cover. Rivera kindly provided a rental car for my overnight use/inconvenience. The repaired repair has held to date and the car drives like it is brand new. Your mechanic (Fernando) more than redeemed himself. He knows his trade. Please convey my best wishes to him. I would trust him to conduct future repairs to my vehicle. So, overall I had a good experience. I walked away with a renewed respect the dealership. This was due to Mr. Rivera and Clemmons' honest and unequivocal ownership of the problem, and expeditious and professional remedial actions. The service manager in particular (Rivera) was a man of his word, totally transparent, direct and honest with me. That is a rare thing in business these days, and also difficult to argue with. Moreover, due to his professional demeanor and agreeable disposition, whenever it is I decide to get another car it will likely be a NIssan from Baker NIssan. You guys have something special going on with your staff. It is called integrity. I don't mind a few minor mistakes, or even paying a bit more for high end quality, workmanship and service. He keeps me informed about service done ad well as upcoming service recommended for my vehicle with price quotes. I can not say enough about how comfortable I feel at this dealership. The customer wait area is nice with complimentary refreshments. If I choose not wait there is complimentary shuttle service. More
