A waste of time !!! The experience I had at Baker Nissan was the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. The salesman that called me (Kelsie Roushan) assured me The experience I had at Baker Nissan was the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. The salesman that called me (Kelsie Roushan) assured me that I was approved for zero down and that I would not need a co-signer I stress to her that my time is valuable to me and that I do not have time to waste so was this deal concrete, and she assured me that it was. When I arrived at the dealership it was a totally different story. In fact Kelsie Roushan did not come out and greet me in fact throughout the whole process. Instead some random salesman came out to get my information and to also give me the news that I would need a co-signer. As soon as I heard that I politely gather my things and left without saying anything to him or anyone else in that building. My advice to anyone interested in buying a Nissan do not consider Baker Nissan off of 290 or Northwest Freeway you'll be totally wasting your time. More

Regarding car service I feel to bed when I going to service they told me i will change oil and rotation check your wheels after service they massed up my wheels rotation an I feel to bed when I going to service they told me i will change oil and rotation check your wheels after service they massed up my wheels rotation and i go back to complaining regarding these the agent say you need to wheel alignment of your car in your last service i just change your oil in car that means they lie about check every thing. So don't like service of car. Not satisfied. More

Service of my Munro When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oi When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oil change since my purchased last October. He asked for my key and immediately went out to read my milage and a few other things. Although Nissan offers a courtesy car wash I didn't know at the time, I wasn't in the need of one I told they left to much water on my car and my tires weren't armor oil down. Barry saw the spots and immediately took my car back and had them to read wipe down my car and put some armor oil on my tires. The overall service of my car was Awesome and I thank Barry T. For being a great service advisor. More
