My current lease from Honda Financial Services was up and I was in the market to lease another Honda Pilot. I received a quote from Boch Honda and Herb Chambers of Seekonk before going to my local Majestic M I was in the market to lease another Honda Pilot. I received a quote from Boch Honda and Herb Chambers of Seekonk before going to my local Majestic Motors to see if they can help me. The run around and lies that I received from Boch and the extremely poor customer service from Herb Chambers made me dread dealerships, until I met David Fontaine at Majestic Motors in West Warwick. He tells it like it is and not only did he get the best price on my Pilot that I had just purchased, but I also received a fair price on my lease trade in. He didn't give me any runarounds with pricing and within 5-10 minutes he had the total monthly payment that I would be receiving rather than Herb Chambers taking 2 days to figure out a monthly price. At no time did I feel mistrust or miscommunication and I can't thank him enough for how simple he made the process for me. He's a great guy and you definitely won't be disappointed to have him as your sales person. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I went to Metro Honda and Boch Toyota to test ride a CRV, Pilot, and an Odyssey at Metro and a Rav4, a Highlander, and a Seiana at Boch. I received a price from Metro and decided on getting another price from Majestic. The price I got from Majestic by David Fontaine, was a no hassel price that I liked, along with the price for my trade. I went back to Metro to see if they could match the Majestic deal. After haggling back and forth with the sales manager for a little over an hour and having to ask for my trade-in car keys back four times, and only securing the deal by taking out a loan with them, I left in not to great a mood. That being a Saturday, the next day I drove to Majestic and purchased my new Odyssey. The experiance I had at Majestic changed my whole outlook of buying a new car. More

went to Majestic Honda with the hopes of trading in my 2003 Silverado for a brand new Pilot....I went there after i went to a local Chevy dealership and was insulted with the $1000 for my truck as a trade 2003 Silverado for a brand new Pilot....I went there after i went to a local Chevy dealership and was insulted with the $1000 for my truck as a trade in....i was approached by Josh Ostrow and he was friendly and helpful right off the bat! i explained to him that i wanted a fair value for my truck for a trade in and he was confident that i would be happy with what they would give me!!...and i was!!...i was given $4500 for my truck and was also given a very reasonable price on a 2013 Pilot!!....the whole process was stress free as Josh took care of evey detail and made the whole process pleasant!...I was so impressed by the haggle free detail of the entire sale that i went back to Josh the very next week and bought a 2013 Honda Accord (and again was blown away by low price he was able to get for us).....ive bought many cars in my days and have crossed off alot of dealerships from the list in which i would choose, but Majestic Honda and especially Josh come highly recommended from my family!!!
