I had a bad experience at another Honda dealer in RI and was hesitant to go to Majestic, But I am so glad I did. Both jack and Terra did a wonderful job, no pressure, no games... Just listen to what we had was hesitant to go to Majestic, But I am so glad I did. Both jack and Terra did a wonderful job, no pressure, no games... Just listen to what we had to say and made it all work.. I am loving my new Ridgleine and have already taken my daughter back to meet both Jack and Terra and she will be purchasing a car herself in the next couple weeks.. GREAT job to all... thanks again. Went to majestic for a 'safety recall' (windshield wipers stopped working- 08' safety recall for this problem) on my Accord. Brought the car in for a 12pm appointment...was told shouldn't take more that '1 h stopped working- 08' safety recall for this problem) on my Accord. Brought the car in for a 12pm appointment...was told shouldn't take more that '1 hour'. 40 minutes later, as I waited in the waiting room, I could still see my car sitting in the lot. Talked to the 'service rep' informing him that I had an appointment to make at 1:45 and wondering why my car was still in the lot. 'Fred' checked on it, got the car right in. Approx. 3/4hr later Fred got me, stating the car was 'all set'. This gave me just enough time to make my appoint...NOT SO FAST! I get in my car & my wipers don't work. I once again, returned to Fred telling him they don't work. They took the car back in & gave me a rental (now late for appointment). Fred calls about 1 1/2hrs. later telling me the recall does not apply to the wiper motor (it does according to the recall info online) only to the wires leading to the motor. The motor & labor cost $350. I declined the work, went to Metro Honda in Johnston (They were FANTASTIC). Metro stated the recall 'did' apply to the motor & replaced the motor for free. THANK YOU METRO! I live 10 minutes from Majestic & will never go there again. I have other issues there in the past; this was just the most resent. More

I thought Rich was great. Gave me a good price for my trade. If i was to buy another car i would go and see Rich. Awsome person he is a cares,gave me the best deal on my car that i brought from them.Even trade. If i was to buy another car i would go and see Rich. We had an excellent buying experience at Majestic Motors,South. Our sales person,Charlott Mcgovern is a sweetheart,as well as,very knowledgable and detail orientated! Jack Dafonseca is a pleasure to Motors,South. Our sales person,Charlott Mcgovern is a sweetheart,as well as,very knowledgable and detail orientated! Jack Dafonseca is a pleasure to deal with,also. He spent time with us making sure we understood the buying vs. leasing option. We bought a new CR-V(our 2nd one from this dealership). Chrystal in the finance dept. was also very helpful. After a horrible experience with Metro Honda, we opted to go look for our new CR-V at Majestic. Not only were we treated with respect but Richard took time to get to know us personally when waiting times (fo go look for our new CR-V at Majestic. Not only were we treated with respect but Richard took time to get to know us personally when waiting times (for trade-in appraisal, finance manager) took a while. We felt we got a good deal on our new car and on our trade-in. When the initial trade-in appraisal came in, we thought it was a little too low and Richard/Jack was very courteous in working with us to get to a number that we were both comfortable with. The only minor annoyance was the amount of time we waited for the finance manager. Prior to visiting the dealership, we were able to work out a price for the new car before we even came in with one of their Internet sales person. When we walked right in and told the receptionist that we had an appointment, Catherine was right there to greet us by name. Overall great service and attitude from the Majestic Honda staff. More
