This being my first time buying a car, I was very nervous as to what to do and what to expect, but Kyle was excellent with the way he introduced himse This being my first time buying a car, I was very nervous as to what to do and what to expect, but Kyle was excellent with the way he introduced himself and helped me along with the entire process of test driving and going through all the paper work afterwards. The only thing I could complain about is how long the entire process took, but I was able to do insurance, registration, everything here and I understand that they were busy so I didn't really see this as a problem. Kyle was excellent at making sure we were comfortable and making sure we didn't have any questions unanswered. He was extremely friendly and I am very thankful to have had such an excellent sales consultant help me with the entire process. More

My 2nd Toyota purchase at Balise This is hands down by far the best Auto Dealership I have ever done business with. I do not find it is necessary to shop around when I need a new car. I just head right to Balise with the confidence that I will get exactly what i ask for and typically more than what I expected to get.The sales staff is always courteous and helpful even if they are not my sales consultant. Every one chips in to make the buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. My wife just purchased a pre owned Scion 10 XD with only 6000 miles on it and both my wife and I are thrilled with the car. It is her 2nd Scion and she loves them. My sales consultant is Omar Figueroa. He is new to the Automobile business. He was extremely courteous and stayed with us throughout the purchase making sure that everything was going smoothly and that our needs were attended to. As always. Clayton Zak was right there to help. He remembered us from a purchase one year earlier which really surprised me considering the volume of customers that come through the dealership everyday. He always makes sure that every detail is addressed and we have received the best price and service possible. The last step of the purchase is the Delivery Specialist Gene L'Heureux. This is the 2nd time Gene has delivered our New Toyota . He is very thorough and he knows everything about the operation Toyotas. I have recommended Balise to my friend and neighbor . They are long standing Toyota lovers and are getting ready to purchase another.I have already told them to go directly to Balise. Great Experience at Balise Toyota I was looking for months for the right car. I went to a bunch of dealers and one thing I did not want was to be sold or pressured by a salesman. Every I was looking for months for the right car. I went to a bunch of dealers and one thing I did not want was to be sold or pressured by a salesman. Every dealer/person I spoke to was all over me and I honestly was uncomfortable (one was at the Chevy Balise with 2 guys there). As a salesperson, it is up to them to feel out the customer and learn quickly what they like/want or do not like/want. Not one place knew and even after telling them, they still were pressuring me (I had asked them not to call until I was ready and I received 2 calls the day after this request so I was not happy and would not go back). I was not sure how I wanted to buy (pay straight out cash or take a small loan). I went into Balise in Warwick the Toyota side (looking for a good reliable car for driving distance daily, so a good on gas car was my main focus) and Richard Morra greeted me. I could not be happier today. He knew right away what I did not want (as far as a salesperson goes) and did not pressure at all. He helped me work out my needs and showed me what he thought I may like. He was spot on. I drove it and bought it that day. I will ALWAYS go to Rich for all my car needs. He was personable, friendly, fun and made the experience (what I was dreading) pleasant. I will only see him when car buying, from here on out. Thanks Rich Morra. You ROCK! More
