Now let's get the minor introduction out of the way. I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealer for years now. I even purchased a brand new 2020 Mustang GT from this dealer when they were Sheehy. I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealer for years now. I even purchased a brand new 2020 Mustang GT from this dealer when they were Sheehy. Now that we have gotten that out of the way. For years I have come here for my service needs. Recently I came in with my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid which is in perfect condition. I got the earliest appointment that they had which was 09:30am. I came in 15 mins early. I was in to have 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced on the SUV. Now you would think that would consist of the mounting and balancing plus 4 wheel alignment? Normally would only take about an hour or two?? No. The moment I walked in and checked in for my appointment I set a stop watch to see how long it would take to get simple services done. Oh! not to mention I also had an oil change done. On August 31st 2022 it took me the duration of 5 hours, 36mins and 27 seconds to get an oil change, alignment, mounting and balancing done! Why does it seem every time I come to this dealer It seems to be some kind of problem on their behalf? Last time I waited 3 hours for a 4 wheel alignment and finally was told the machine was down and waiting for parts??? This isn't even the worse part of my experience on this recent service visit. So not to mention I brought 4 brand new Michelin defender series tires in. Which were loaded into the back of my vehicle. With specific instructions giving to my service rep to have those tires installed on the vehicle. This next part I will not blame on my service rep. All my years I have never seen this happen. About 4 hours in I was told my vehicle was ready. I was so excited and upset for two reasons. One being upset due to the long wait and the second one being that the tech that worked on my truck somehow botched the service up. Byyyy wait for it! Grab a seat. He installed 4 new tires from the dealers stock instead of the ones that were as clear as day sitting in the back of my truck with the seats down! I was almost even going to be charged for a set of new tires that I did not purchase or ask for. To ad insult to injury having messed that up, the vehicle had to be taken back in and also an alignment had to be redone, plus now dismounting and then remounting and balancing all over which led to my distasteful demise of waiting 5 and half hours. not sure if they did do it my steering still feels off but I don't know i digress, My service rep Chris was awesome, Professional and up front about the mistake. He and I both were confused as to why that something so simple had happened. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. Especially with clear as day instructions. The last biggest upsetting thing to me was that I counted at least 10 other customers who came in for simple service as well and some how they all had gotten their vehicles back before me.... I don't understand this. It feels like when you pay extra money for service bonus packages to have free services done you get screwed or something. Seeing that many people in and out after me was highly upsetting eventually I called a ride and left the truck and went home to go cool off. I really feel that this dealership has it in for me. Not to mention I'm a Sheehy vip member as well as Banister vip member. But for some reason my visits seem to have me reconsidering coming to this place ever again. I come here for the convivence and also that sense I purchased a new vehicle from them or the old owners of the dealer. I cant recommend this place anymore I'm forever scared for the service. Again my service rep Chris was extremally professional and worked with me on getting the issue handled. He is due for a raise. More
Truck could not of passed inspection. Turbo actuator was bad, front axle needs ball joints, brakes are worn and tried to cover up with pads, front driver side wheel bearing was bad, and Turbo actuator was bad, front axle needs ball joints, brakes are worn and tried to cover up with pads, front driver side wheel bearing was bad, and last but not least the truck was in limp mode 30 miles after arrival for emissions. I have purchased trucks all over the country and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Again I understand buying a used truck is always a risk, but I was told they were waiting on parts to ship the truck out to only find all the issues above. Last note the sales contract had a line item for tax, that ended up being a gap protection policy through a 3rd party, was not impressed by that. Bet this review doesn’t see their page.
