Service for my GT-R is outstanding at this dealer Having owned four R35 GT-Rs since 2010, I've been fortunate to have Nissan of Chesapeake serve as my GT-R service center for the past 4 years. Randy, Having owned four R35 GT-Rs since 2010, I've been fortunate to have Nissan of Chesapeake serve as my GT-R service center for the past 4 years. Randy, their GT-R tech, is literally the best service rep I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of owning high-performance, high-cost sports cars. In addition to GT-Rs, I've had Porsches, BMWs, Corvettes and Supras, and Randy tops the list as the #1 service rep I've worked with across all brands. Jay Bussey, the Service Manager, is also outstanding. He's a polite, professional, no BS type of guy who will treat you with respect while showing empathy for your situation. This duo will bend over backward to provide the best customer service you could ask for, are both extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and if they don't know something, are both professional enough to take the time to research the subject in order to provide you with accurate information prior to you having to make any decisions. I cannot recommend Randy, Jay, or their dealership enough. Their dealership is far and above the best Nissan dealer in my area, and is potentially the best auto dealership in Hampton Roads, period. Unlike most sales managers she was very pleasant and informative throughout the entire sales process. And can u belive she had everything ready for me when I arrived and it only took 1 hour to get through finance and deliver my vehicle? I was referred to Cheryl Johnson from my child's school teacher. She said she purchased 3 vehicles from her in the past 7 years there at Nissan of Chesapeake. Over the last 18 months I have purchased 7-8 vehicles from NOC for my company. I enjoyed the experience so much so that when it was time to buy a vehicle for my family's personal use, I couldn't think of going anywhere else.
