I am very pleased with the Service I received at Basil Ford. The Customer service was very timely from the time I sat down to the time Collin got me set up with my saleman. The process could not have been simpler. Charles Baldo was an excellent salesman, easy to chat with, and friendly. He stayed on with my insurance agency for an hour to make sure the information was correc was an excellent salesman, easy to chat with, and friendly. When I declined the warranty, he graciously accepted the refusal. No hard sell. The car is in excellent condition as well! I'll be buying my cars from Basil Ford in the future. More

I have SO many great things to say about this service department. I am EXTREMELY skeptical when it comes to dealership service departments as I have experienced some of the WORST in the past (i.e. other department. I am EXTREMELY skeptical when it comes to dealership service departments as I have experienced some of the WORST in the past (i.e. other dealerships trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman and they assume I am some kind of big dumb idiot when it comes to my own vehicle repairs...My husband actually started taking my vehicle in because the service at some places is so drastically different for him.) I have taken my truck to this Basil location 4 times now. I have literally not once had to worry about being taken advantage of. This past trip I had to go alone, which did make me nervous. Thankfully, they have proved my nerves wrong!! Such respect and kindness shown by everyone in their service department. One of the service guys complimented my truck and, honestly, those tiny little things go such a long way in my book! It shows me kindness and good character in a person. Jason Darrow, wow! Blown away by his kindness. He went out of his way to call me when he was not even servicing my vehicle. He just saw it sitting and was ready for a customer call. Dave who cashed me out, also wow! He was so kind and did not rush me. Very impressed with your team. It's clear that treating all customers equal is important to the Management Team of this Service Department. It is also such a great feature to have my invoice text to me with the option to pay online before picking up my vehicle. I like to review all the work done on my invoices and sometimes it feels too rushed when you are in-person. Having time to review at my own speed was GREAT! The Basil (Walden) Service Team certainly gives me confidence bringing my vehicle there for service. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to treat men and women equally because that truly gives this dealership a HUGE leg up on many of the others in this area. More
