Do not trust them Sold me an ABSOLUTE LEMON. I have only owned the vehicle (a low mileage Yukon) for a year, and in less than 12 months I have had to pay for a new batt Sold me an ABSOLUTE LEMON. I have only owned the vehicle (a low mileage Yukon) for a year, and in less than 12 months I have had to pay for a new battery, new air conditioning lines, 4 new brakes and calipers, 4 new tires, a new door handle, and a new sway bar. $3k in the first year of owning the vehicle that had less that 45K miles on it. They also gave me a car fax report for the truck that showed no accidents, however after owning it for a a few months I found evidence they had replaced the rear bumper due to a collision. These people are liars, cheats, and the epitome of sleazy car dealers. Avoid them at all costs. If I could do it again I would have bought from anyone else. More

The quick response initially was very appreciated. Total waste of time, especially during COVID - made us wait We called ahead and arranged as much as possible as we could ahead of time in buying a used car. When we arrived, we still had to wait long periods o We called ahead and arranged as much as possible as we could ahead of time in buying a used car. When we arrived, we still had to wait long periods of time, first outside in the rain, then after we test drove a car, inside, all together over 4 hours. This is during a COVID pandemic. Then, they refused to sell us a car. We were told it was because our car, which we were going to use in a trade-in, had too much money left on the loan. If we wanted to pay 2900 dollars up front, they would sell us a car that was 11000 dollars. ?? If we had 2900 dollars cash on-hand, we would have bought a car from a private dealer. OR we would have used it as a down payment right off... This was a TOTAL waste of time, especially during a pandemic. This should have all been taken care of ahead of time as we would not have even bothered. We had emailed and called many times back and forth beforehand and never got any straight answers, just "once you get here, the manager will help you," and I was told the bank had approved a loan for us before we left. VERY disappointed with this dealership. It is the worst experience we have ever had in buying a used car. Our credit is fair, we are not bad people, and all we wanted was a decent used car. This all should have been handled before we went for a test drive. Now, we are just hoping against hope we did not get COVID from test driving a car. MAKE sure you get answers before you go and do not be coaxed into going into the dealership to spend FOUR HOURS for nothing... More
