Satisfied with the job but after arriving on time 7:45 for an 8:00 appointment which I was told would take all day I was told when I called at 4:00 that day the car had not been touched. The Basney respo for an 8:00 appointment which I was told would take all day I was told when I called at 4:00 that day the car had not been touched. The Basney response was you can pick it up today or we’ll fix it tomorrow. I left it was fixed but at a price higher than I had been told it would cost. That was it see ya later no apology from anyone at Basney for the screwup just pay the cashier! Not my previous experience with Basney and makes me wonder about the future. When I mentioned the recalls I had received the response was “ We don’t have all of the recall parts and it will take a whole day to fix those. See ya.” Yeah I wonder if I’ll be back. Oh and I might add this is the second request for a review and I’m wondering does anyone read these. More
