Austin rocks to say the list, he is very professional and personable and has a great sense of humor , I have worked with him for years and he has remained consistent , he is kind of guy you wish to know out personable and has a great sense of humor , I have worked with him for years and he has remained consistent , he is kind of guy you wish to know outside of work cause he seems intelligent and kind hearted . Dealer promised vehicle would be done by noon. At 12:30 texted with recommended service items. I authorized certain services and said that I need to pick up at 1:30. Rep said okay. Rep called At 12:30 texted with recommended service items. I authorized certain services and said that I need to pick up at 1:30. Rep said okay. Rep called at 1:20 to ask if I could bring in spare key fob. I said uber was on way to get me so I would be right there. Arrived at dealership at 1:30. Technician had left on lunch break with my car attached to computer. Rick told me they could not disconnect. At this point, I needed to leave. 20 minutes later car was still on computer. I asked for a manager. Rick came back and handed me my keys and the invoice. I will not be back to this dealership. There are many more issues with my service that I could go into. I asked rick to have his manager contact me. That hasn’t happened. Absolutely horrible service. More
