I went in to have the drivers door window checked out. It was making a lot of squeaking noise when lowering it last week. It took over 3 months to get my vehicle fixed. The service advisor never called me to follow up on any of the issues that came up. He also tried to charge me for work that the dealer caused by breakin service advisor never called me to follow up on any of the issues that came up.
