Came in for 52500 service Pulled my wife's Pilot in for 52,500 service. Greated by a young lady, may have been Cassy. She wasn't familiar with a 52,500 service. She immediately transferred me to Matt Mulstay who knew what I was there for. Matt keeps me informed of progress on service. Matt suggested that I have brake fluid changed. I agreed, Bill came to $396 plus. $100 per hour labor. I guess I paid for the fourteen salesmen and one woman sitting in their cubicals, waiting for customers!!! More
