Had car there three times for the exact same problem each time they said they did a full engine evaluation the last time they said it was the alternator and when I asked if it had been checked the previous t time they said they did a full engine evaluation the last time they said it was the alternator and when I asked if it had been checked the previous two times I got a rude answer. I told this guy I change the ABS madule And before I change it, the car start right up after I change it The car won’t start up in the end today, they told me it has to buy the ABS module this is not acceptable stole my money More

The only downside was the service department was not open over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being in town for the weekend meant I needed to extend my stay until Monday. However, Steve kept me informed of my tire fix and sent an Uber to pick me up. Then I was on my way back to Ohio. Shoutout to Cynthia who was helpful on Friday at 5:45pm! And to Madison who on Monday pulled my car under the awning so I could load up my luggage and not get wet in the thunderstorms. Overall, solid positive dealership experience! More
