I took my car in for service and was surprised to see half of the service reps NOT wearing face masks. I was left to stand by my car while being ignored by at least one rep who was not on the phone. I friendly wave and a “come over to my computer “ would have improved your rating to 4 stars. I’ve been in for service before and have been ignored while at the head of the line and others get out of their cars and get waited on first. Basney needs to improve how they handle incoming customers. I really can take my Hondas elsewhere for an oil change and a tire rotation. More

I had never gone before to get an oil change from the dealership. Matt was soo helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I had just bought the Honda CR-V and he showed me features it had that I d dealership. Matt was soo helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I had just bought the Honda CR-V and he showed me features it had that I didn’t know about and explained when I would know it was time for another oil change. He made me feel at ease and even found a discount for me since I had been quoted too low on the phone for the oil change and tire rotation. I wasn’t sure if I would go to the dealership again for an oil change but now I will keep coming back thanks to Matt. More

Tire Pressure Sensor My experience was good, but frustrating. It took almost 2 1/2 hours to replace two tire pressure monitors after I had told them what the problem was. My experience was good, but frustrating. It took almost 2 1/2 hours to replace two tire pressure monitors after I had told them what the problem was. Then on the way home, the TPMS went into error again and I had a terrible shudder in my steering wheel. I had to go back the next day to get the TPMS fixed again and all the tires rebalanced. They took care of the problem that I paid for and didn't charge me extra. I would have like it better if they had gotten it right the first time. But all in all, they got me back up and running. More

Matt definitely goes the extra mile to please his customers! A sort of funny story—I ran over a nail and had a flat tire (that’s not the funny story!); I left my car at Discount Tire to get it repair customers! I was not asked if I wanted this done, nor was I told that it would be added if I didn't object. I also asked that the reminder sticker to say 75,ooo miles instead of 15% and this was not done.
