Fast, Friendly and Thorough! Everyone is friendly at Basney Honda. Some know me by name and many by face and they ma Everyone is friendly at Basney Honda. I have gone in several times with little things I couldn't figure out with my navigation system and they have been patient and helpful. All of the work I have received has been great and I have never had to take it back a second time for something except for maintenance work. I haven't had any trouble making appointments and with the shuttle service they provide, I can always get my car done when needed. Austin Aufie, Service Adviser, who usually helps me always greets me with a smile and when I call he immediately remembers me and my car. It makes me feel like one of the family. The questions asked me if I read reviews and I do but I clicked no in this case because I know the Basney Dealership and have no need to look anywhere else.
