Very nice customer service. Only issue was they didn’t do any resets after changing out battery and oil change. I had to ask Austin on the issue with the radio due to battery change before I left and the do any resets after changing out battery and oil change. There was a mixup on my previous visit & I went back in to get a brake fluid service done, unfortunately while they were working a small part broke & it required more work to fix it. The work and service at your dealership is very good. The waiting room is comfortable, the coffee good, and the popcorn hot. This visit was a little less satisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for several items, including an oil change. It took 4 hours for the work to be completed. I understand that there were unexpected problems with the heat shield. But it would have been nice if I had been informed of the delay. More
