Exceptional Service Experience I called @ 8:00 a.m. and spoke to Don Perkins. I wanted to bring my Chevy Trail Blazer in for service that same morning and wait for it. He asked if I called @ 8:00 a.m. and spoke to Don Perkins. I wanted to bring my Chevy Trail Blazer in for service that same morning and wait for it. He asked if he could put me on hold to see if he had an open bay. He came back on the line and told me to bring it in and they would be able to conduct the service while I waited. He also told me to ask for Brad Pankow . I arrived about 10 minutes later and Brad noticed my arrival, greeted me with a welcome smile and double checked on what I needed done and took my keys. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour. During this time Brad came to check to see if I wanted the 24 hr. road service and explained with winter upon us, the small charge of the service was well worth if something happened while I was driving. Examples he provided were flat tire, if I locked my keys in the care, etc. I agreed to this service and did not know this was available. Also while I was waiting, Don Perkins came by to say hello and thanked me for bringing my vehicle in to Basney Honda. This is not my first experience @ Basney. I bring in my Chevy Trail Blazer and 2013 Dodge Charger for normal service or if I am experiencing any issues with my vehicles. Alan Royce is also very pleasant, but I did not see Alan on this visit. Accommodated my Schedule Had car in for oil change and tire rotation. They found that my brakes also needed replacing.
