I have to guard my time. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to reflect badly on the service agent. It's not his fault that the business sends these time-consuming evaluations. More

Diagnostic check I was in and back on the road within an hours time... problem diagnosed and fixed! The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and tv provided.. Not a happy camper Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told me he could do it right then it would be about two hours. So my husband was coming in for a car wash, so I went home with him. Waited and waited no phone call came, So we went back to the service department to pick up my car and you were closed, and you were closed for the holiday the next day. So my husband had to take a half-day off from work on Friday to bring me in to get my car. So no I’m not happy that I had to borrow a car to go to work on the Fourth of July. More

Quick and easy in and out service I went to the Basney Honda Dealership for a recall issue. It was taken care of promptly as well as basic maintenance - an oil change and inspection.
