I took the car in for schedule maintenance and there was a thorough inspection made. I was sent a video of the inspection and everything that needed to be done which I could not do that day. When I took the car in for the repair, it had to be in the dealership overnight. Late afternoon the following day, an email was sent that the muffler will need to be replaced for over 2K which is as much as the current repair cost and would take additional two days to get it done. How was this missed in the first thorough inspection with a video proof if the damage did not come from the dealership? The car was taken somewhere else for the fix. More
