I have never been one to enjoy purchasing a car but working with Bacari made this experience great! He was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process from walking the lot to working with Bacari made this experience great! I was looking for a car to buy for my little brother the next time he came home from college for the holidays. Since he will be here three days before Christmas, I figured I needed to move quickly. I went to Battleground Kia after seeing a commercial about the great deals they were currently offering. Upon my arrival, I was very warmly greeted by Josh Brewer. He was very sweet and he made it very easy for me to make a decision that was suitable, and even though the car is used, I have faith in the reliability of the vehicle because he gave me the details of the history of the car. My husband & I were looking for a 2nd car after driving 1 car for a year after my husband was laid off from his job. Josh Brewer not only put us in a car, but my favorite make & model (Toyota camry driving 1 car for a year after my husband was laid off from his job. Josh Brewer not only put us in a car, but my favorite make & model (Toyota camry). I was shocked & ecstatic, since I have less than perfect credit. The Kia Dealership has been outstanding over the past 3 years, especially the professionalism of Shawn Pevey. I always get my appointments on time or even quicker than I ask for. The customer service is years, especially the professionalism of Shawn Pevey. I always get my appointments on time or even quicker than I ask for. The customer service is excellent and they really appear to like their job and the customers they service. Three years ago I would not have recommended this dealership to anyone because of the Service Department, with the exception of Shawn, who is the only Service Advisor I go to and will continue to go to because I trust him completely. The work done on my car has been excellent except for one time when my tires were not "balanced" correctly resulting in a vibration in the steering wheel and Shawn corrected that immediately. Basically, I love my Kia. It is great and I have only had to use my warranty once for a rim defect and once again, Shawn made sure it was corrected immediately at no cost to me. I recently received 3 e-mails from this dealership about coming in to upgrade my car; however, when I did and spoke to one of the sales staff, their was no "genuince" interest in making any kind of deal/recommendation to get me into a new or lower mileage vehicle. The sales person, and I can't remember his name, a white person, spent approximately 5 minutes with me and decided, with no speaking to the management, that I would not qualify for a new or lower mileage vehicle, which was fine with me because with 67,000 on the car and having the full maintenance done at 62,000, my car is like new. Even then, today Shawn said he knew someone whou could help me, but my interest is not there anymore unless a serious offer, with rebates to myself, or the dealership, were considered. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone in my family or friends. No joke! More
