Battle is in their name for a reason! Folks I have bought and sold cars for a long time. I even helped other people buy cars as a broker. This place is the worst! I inquired about a Sportage and just wanted to get a simple answer to what the price is for vehicle. They won’t answer. They continue to tell me you have to come in and talk with manager to get the price (huge red flag). I told them I live two hours away I’m not coming in just to get a price. They said ok that’s fine but we need you to fill out a credit app to give you a price (even bigger red flag). I tell them I have my own financing and I’m ready to purchase a car. They reply you sure you don’t want to finance with us because you would be turning down some rebates (this was actually a lie, no rebates are available for financing with Kia finance at time for Sportage). They finally acknowledge they have a market adjustment but won’t tell me what it is. Then I refuse to entertain the credit app I don’t need so she says a sales manager will contact me soon which never happen. This review is here to help you stay away and avoid this place. Most of what this dealership told me was a lie and some of it bordered on illegal which I might make a report to State Attorney Generals office consumer protection division and let them decide. STAY AWAY FOLKS. It will be a battle at battleground Kia and you will come away with severe financial injury! More
Wanted to purchase a car they had on the lot. Would not discuss price over the phone but assured us "they would work with us when we got there". Loaded up the family and drove 45 minutes to receive their offer which was $14,000 OVER the sticker price! They worked it down to $10k over asking. Not transparent and not trustworthy.... They did blame it on "we called the owner and he said that was the best he could do". Do yourself a favor and go see Juan at Bob King in Winston! He's a class act! More

I went to look at refinancing options and never once was I told what my new APR would be. When he came over to try and convince me that my car balance going up was a good thing, he spoke down to me, as if I was a child. I have 4 years of car sales experience and he made me feel incompetent. When I said I needed time to think about the decision, he got defensive, mumbled under his breath, and walked away. He needs to learn how to treat customers; not make them feel guilty for making a decision that doesn't jive with his point of view. More

If I could give a 0 I would. They sold me a 2022 Kia Rio. A tree limb fell on it and cracked the windshield. My car has been in a body shop for over 8 weeks waiting on a windshield which there is none available in the United States. They can not give a time frame for when one can be shipped and everyone refuses to look into it to see why it has not been shipped yet. The dealership could not help,kia corporate will not help. Kia refused to reimburse me for my car payment when waiting for a windshield and 6hey will also only reimburse $35 a day for a rental paid after my car would be fixed. They will sell you cars knowing that parts to fix them will not be available for months! And then will will refuse to help you in any way while you are waiting for parts that should be available. More

So friendly, treated me like I was important and they cared. Everyone was friendly, from the lady on the phone, and the service rep., to a sales rep that chatted me up while I waited. (No, he wasn’t trying to make a sale.) very impressed! More
