We went in for an oil change and we asked if they could check the tire pressure in all 4 tires and let out air in the ones that were in the 40’s and add air to the one we knew was a little low. When we got check the tire pressure in all 4 tires and let out air in the ones that were in the 40’s and add air to the one we knew was a little low. When we got back into our car we had checked the tire pressure and while air was put in the one, the other tires with a higher psi had not been let out. Overall the experience was good, short wait time and the vehicle drove smooth on the way out. More

The service center experience was good (5 stars). The Used Car Sales Manager experience was not (negative five stars). I bought a 2012 Jeep (I posted an earlier problem with it here). After another garage had inspected it, I was informed of multiple safety issues with the steering rods, rotors, tie rods, and other components. The used car manager told me that the vehicle was As-Is, which I was aware of before I had it inspected. He told me they did a safety inspection, and now I will have to pay an additional $ 6,100.00 (plus) for safety repairs. I will be nice and say, I will never purchase a new or used vehicle from Battleground Kia. More
