Donald my original Service Advisor made me wait for assistance until he finished eating his salad! Then after another employee asked him to help me, he decided to extend his services. (Poor customer service) Later, Cheslsey, another Service Advisor, politely explained my inspection report, but unfortunately, she was confused about the type of problems I was having with my car. However, she sought assistance from another employee and re-explained the situation. Ok. After Reviewing my report, I noticed your team recommended that I purchase an unneeded Cabin Air Filter. My cabin air filter was brand new at the time of inspection. (Fishy) My tires were not inspected properly because my report indicated that the threads were 8 and 9 for brand-new tires. (sketchy.) My brakes were not inspected because I have hubcaps! When I left your shop, I wasn’t sure if I could trust you guys anymore with reliable and honest service. Finally, Do Better, treat your Customers right! More
