I went to Bay Ridge Honda today for my usual maintenance and was pleased by how well it went. I waited outside for only a few minutes, signed in (no line) and spent the rest of my time in a new and very cle and was pleased by how well it went. I waited outside for only a few minutes, signed in (no line) and spent the rest of my time in a new and very clean waiting room with a large screen TV and available beverages. After a very reasonable time my car was ready. I thanked Andrew who is always friendly and knowledgable and was on my way. Not a bad way to start the day! More

I’m posting this on behalf of my grandma who I’m trying to help my navigate the process of buying her leased car (it has sentimental value), & their practices are absolutely predatory. The car was originally in my grandpa’s name & was willed to her when he died, & she wants to buy the car; they absolutely won’t let her without her paying thousands of dollars over what was agreed & are holding the car hostage now. We’re looking into the legality of this. More

Recently my rear view mirror came loose and i took it to the shop to be fixed but I had to go back for the same issue next day but this time with bigger issue because the mirror came loose again and it dama the shop to be fixed but I had to go back for the same issue next day but this time with bigger issue because the mirror came loose again and it damaged my display screen but they refused to honour the warranty for the screen because it too expensive more than $1800 but they cover only the mirror. This is really frustrating and unfair even though the car it’s bran new and it supposed to be covered More

I have been leasing with Bay Ridge Honda for the past nine years ! I always go back to My sales person Betty she is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. During my most recent visit, I reached nine years ! I always go back to My sales person Betty she is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. During my most recent visit, I reached out to Betty to help me get out of one of my car leases. I helped my sister co sign a vehicle about a year and 1/2 ago and Betty as well as Stephanie Lovascio made the process as smooth as possible. Betty and Stephanie made all of the efforts to transition my name out of my sisters car. They worked endlessly to make sure I was able get free of that debt, in order to help qualify me to purchasing my own home. Please ask for Betty or Stephanie they are hands down the best.
