Bad and costly recommendations and after they got your money this company is done with you! I leased a car from Bayridge Honda one day before the shut down in 2020, so had to make quick decisions and rel money this company is done with you! I leased a car from Bayridge Honda one day before the shut down in 2020, so had to make quick decisions and relied much on their recommendations, it ended up costing me TWO additional lease payments: When signing the documents, they recommended to me to sign up with Uptempo and by paying half payments every other week instead of full payments monthly, I would save the last lease payment. None of this is true, they failed to disclose that paying every other week is NOT paying twice per month, in fact, I ended up making the equivalent of 13 monthly payments instead of 12 every year of my lease and all that without receiving any benefit. I still had to pay the last lease payments anyway. When I called my salesperson Elizabeth Polanco and Asad who worked through the lease papers with me, nobody took ownership or responsibility for this mess. They questioned my math and skirted responsibility and after I shared all documentation with them (which they should have had in their files) they simply didn't return any calls or emails. Even though they deny this, I'm sure that Uptempo is paying them some kind of kick-back to push this service on people that don't understand the math or who (like me) are too rushed to check it beforehand. I cannot believe how management let's their sales and contracting people profit from charging the customer unnecessary services. Avoid this dealer at all costs, there are better and more ethical options out there. More

The sales person We had Chris was Rude. Obnoxious and unprofessional the he was on his cellphone the whole time we were there with his personal credit card company about charges on his card. So he was not focus on us then he couldn’t find the car for us to see , then he ask what the price was online we told him his response was that’s the price there’s no negotiation.. we didn’t even see the car yet actually we never saw the car . I was frustrated with his behavior so we left 20 minutes later he call to say he found the car. We were halfway home. I told him he was rude and unprofessional. Never going there again. My daughter was upset she really like the car.. More
ust picked up a 2021 Honda Pilot, was able to handle all pre-approval processes over the phone and the only time I had to come into the dealership was to drive off with my new vehicle. Total time at dealers pre-approval processes over the phone and the only time I had to come into the dealership was to drive off with my new vehicle. Total time at dealership was less than 1 hour! My salesman Luis Cintron, and his team at Bay Ridge Honda made this a great buying experience! More

He took extra time to show me some important and new features of the Honda. He then followed up with emails and/or texts to make sure all was fine. This is our second Honda purchase at bay ridge Honda. As the first experience the second was even better the professionalism patience .
