Very good experience at every step. We had purchased a Honda Accord at Bay Ridge Honda in 2013, and we received a letter offering good terms on a trade-in for a 2016 model. We asked for the same salesman we had last time, Igor Shiff, who is top notch. (He had been recommended by friends who had bought a car at Bay Ridge through Igor.) Igor is quite personable, has a good sense of humor, was a pleasure to deal with. He offered us book value for our car and slashed a significant amount off of an Accord EX. We also had very pleasant, efficient, and informative sessions with the insurance agent (Boris) and the financing agent (C.J.). All three of these employees knew their business extremely well. Igor made us aware of upgrades without pushing them. Similarly Boris offered us Allstate Insurance, but said our present coverage was good and advised us to consider a change when a little more time has gone by. C.J. helped us decide to buy an extended warranty up front, laying out the advantages, but giving us plenty of private time to discuss it and make a decision. When we got in the new car, Igor took about 45 minutes to demonstrate the safety features and other differences from our older Honda. More
