You have an appointment you still there for three hours. Whats the need for appointment. Loan a cars are always FILTHY! inside and out. Horrible!! Will not use service in the future. “Wipers need replacement” just replaced a week ago! “The battery is dead, need authorization to replace it.” Battery was replaced last spring.
