Went for service, quoted price for repair, they didn't have parts, had to come back when they did. Then told I needed more parts they didn't have could leave car. We were greeted with a smile immediately as we arrived. The technician told us it would take 2 hours and that is exactly how long it took. Quick service and they noticed i needed my inspection soon and did it for me there. didn’t charge the diagnosis fee after i indicated that my battery was definitely having issues. My last visit at Subaru was great. They got me in and out within a half hour or so. They changed a sensor for the rear hatch that I had a slight problem with. Service dept. Annastacia was friendly and courteous in setting up my appointment over the phone. I was impressed by Chris Malone, salesman who sold me my first Suburu last year.
