Raymond was great. Kind, available for all of my questions and not pushy. He even got a toy for my dog. He did not hide his disappointment well when I declined the extended warranty. He was impatient when I was asking for clarification on what certain charges were. I’m sure they get a lot of people that give them a hard time however this is a very large purchase and I have to know exactly what I’m paying for. More
