First time customer, brought our 2015 Forester in for an oil change, inspection and a couple recall service items. Showed up at just about my appointment time, they were ready for me and there was no wait w oil change, inspection and a couple recall service items. Decided to wait (in their very comfortable customer lounge) rather than spend the time and money to go home and back. I was very pleasantly surprised when after less than two hours I stepped outside to take a walk and Marc called me back in because they were finished. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
