I understand that I didn't have an appointment. I came in for a simple battery replacement and ended up waiting for over 3 hours. Somewhat disappointing and annoying to say the least. I brought my 2005 Outback in for the required airbag recall replacement. They had the work done in 2 hours which was 1 hour faster then expected.
