My 2014 Forester Touring was displaying Check Engine off and on and we had to bring back a few times as it continued but Bay Ridge Subaru then kept it for several days and worked with Subaru to finally fix. and on and we had to bring back a few times as it continued but Bay Ridge Subaru then kept it for several days and worked with Subaru to finally fix. Great timing Had to go in for a recall and was guaranteed a loaner car but chose not to take one, Kayla let me know they were starting the work on my car and it w Had to go in for a recall and was guaranteed a loaner car but chose not to take one, Kayla let me know they were starting the work on my car and it would be done in an hour and a half, the waiting area was comfortable and Kayla returned in an hour and 15 minutes to let me know the work had been completed. While waiting I entered the dealership to speak to Gerald about a new car. He is always friendly and a pleasure to talk to Although initially I had to call and speak to 3different receptionists 6 times with questions about the recall , it took 6 tries before receiving a return call, the service worked out well and my thanks to Kayla who was really pleasant to work with. More
