Complimentary inspection. After bringing in my 2019 Crosstrek for the complimentary inspection, after waiting an hour, I was told that in order to go forward with the inspectio After bringing in my 2019 Crosstrek for the complimentary inspection, after waiting an hour, I was told that in order to go forward with the inspection I would need to pay $211 to replace a broken plastic rear light casement. I asked whether the brake light and turn signal were operational and was told they were. Despite that, I had to pay for the $211 repair before they would do the inspection. I took my car back and went to a local gas station near my house and was given an inspection after confirming the brake light and turn signal were operational. In the future, I will bypass Subaru's complimentary oil changes and inspections. In two years when my lease expires, I will not be dealing with Subaru for my next car. There are plenty of other choices out there. More

Dropping the car off was no problem and I got it back the same day which was good, but upon arriving home I noticed dashboard lights that were not functioning. Further investigation found the dashboard light same day which was good, but upon arriving home I noticed dashboard lights that were not functioning. Further investigation found the dashboard light dimmer switch was pushed through the dashboard panel and no longer accessible. I called the dealer, spoke with someone about the issue, and sent photos. I was never called back about how the issue would be rectified. I’m extremely disappointed in the Lack of concern your dealership has for a customer with a very legitimate complaint. More

A couple of days ago, I brought my 2013 Forester in because of a stalling problem. The service department discovered a blocked throttle body. They cleaned it out and within an hour or so I was on my way home without stalling. There was no charge for the service. More

We're in the midst of a pandemic, people Car had to go in for a recall airbag issue. Nice people, did the job in roughly the time they said it would take, BUT, very few of the people I dealt Car had to go in for a recall airbag issue. Nice people, did the job in roughly the time they said it would take, BUT, very few of the people I dealt with wore masks properly. In the smallish closed office space with four people in it, one person working at a desk with his mask under his chin, two with their masks under their noses, one with something floating loosely in front of her nose that did not pass for a mask. The valet who took the car in was the one person I saw who consistently and conscientiously wore a mask. In the customer waiting area, I saw no signs requiring the customers to wear masks and there was no enforcement when people didn't. This is not hard, and it's not political. The virus is airborne and wearing a mask is our first line of defense. It's the minimum one should be able to expect from businesses interacting with the public. More
