There is a refrigerator which they stock with water bottles and a sign posted to tell waiting customers to help themselves. Their toilets aren´t ready in the new waiting room, but I assume the old ones are still available in the showroom. I had a 2:30 pm appointment and there was no waiting for the intake. I was out by 3:30 pm. More
