There are no games or haggling, it's straight forward process. There aren't many cars in stock, they turn over often before they reach the dealership. Cory was genuine, direct and very knowledgeable. We came in having done some thorough research; was on the nose with our findings and we have been pleased with his advice. We weren't picky about the color of our car so we were able to review our options and test drive during the first visit and pick up and check out on the secondvisiy. The whole sale took a little over 3 weeks but was quite easy. This dealership has earned my trust. I would happily recommend friends and family in the future. More

communication issue I have been a happy, satisfied customer at Bay Ridge Subaru for at least 15 years, so I am reluctant to report a problem at a recent appointment, but I have been a happy, satisfied customer at Bay Ridge Subaru for at least 15 years, so I am reluctant to report a problem at a recent appointment, but I feel that there should have been more communication from my service manager. I had an appointment to replace a headlight bulb. I arrived shortly before noon and waited a little over 3 hours for the job to be completed. Three hours for a bulb! After the first 2 hours, I asked my service manager what the problem was. He explained that since I have an older car, the part had to be ordered and should be there in "a few minutes." One hour later, I had to ask again. At that time the mechanic was in the process of replacing the old bulb. I feel that my service manager should have made an effort to tell me about the delay and keep me posted about when the job might be completed. To his credit, as I was paying the cashier, he apologized for the delay, thanked me for my patience, and gave me a small discount on the total due. I hope that in the future, I don't have this unfortunate experience again. More
