Service Dept. Needed to replace the battery on my 2017 Outback because it was defective and leaking battery acid. Still dont know if they will change my sunroof I had an issue with my sunroof where the rubber gasket was starting to peel. Unscheduled brake job I was on my way out of town and heard a grinding sound coming from the rear driver side. The service guy told me 2 hrs or less and that's what it was, they even recommend a local cafe for lunch and it was a good eats place.
