Made an appointment to get my car inspected. After waiting over an hr I was told my car could not be inspected because tint on window was to dark. I was waiting to get my car back for a while because rep who was assisting me was doing something else so I ask employee Ernest who was in the office if he could assist me with retrieving my car. He said the rep who was assisting me has my paper work. I asked Ernest if he can just go get my paperwork work he told me to wait. He was free sitting at the desk and there was no other customers. He was dismissive when I first arrived and ask for service and the same when I ask him for help to retrieve my car back. Another rep walked in and I asked her for help she asked for my name and my paperwork was sitting at the desk all this time. I was not happy with the lack of service I received from Ernest. I spent two hrs there and did not complete any work on my car. Girls in the office and in the car work area were nice my problem was the amount of time I wasted and Ernest. More

Had 2 keys made. They reprogrammed the key codes for car without telling us or making sure that they all the keys. Disaster. I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start with the key I was given the d without telling us or making sure that they all the keys. Disaster. I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start with the key I was given the day I bought the car. We wound up having the car towed to the dealer, had to miss half a day of work. Then they didn't call me for two days, I called them and they said they wanted to try more keys so my wife had to take an Uber there with more keys. She got there at 5:10 and they said they were closing so she had to go back again the next day. It turns out that they can't make more than 4 keys for a car so we got a refund for the key that they couldn't make. When we asked to have keys made, they should have: - Asked how many we had (3) and told us it was impossible to make 2 more. - Not reprogrammed the car without making sure that they had all of our keys to reprogram. - For future models of Subaru, it would be nice if cars were built so they could be started with a $4 key copy made at Home Depot. A few months ago I got a notice for a recall on my tires. I checked the serial numbers listed and it didn't include my tires. A few weeks ago I got a couple of weeks ago I got emails from you informing that there was a recall of tires (no serial numbers listed). Thinking that the recall had expanded, I made an appointment to take care of it. After waiting 2:30 hours I was informed that my tires "were inspected" and nothing needed to be done. So 1) Why was I asked to go for an appointment for a recall that I didn't need? 2) Why does it take 2:30 hours to read the serial numbers of a tire (it took me 2 minutes). Massive waste of my work day..... More
