I appreciate how easy it is to book an appointment and get the work done. Pickup takes a bit long sometimes but the overall efficiency of operations here more than makes up for that, as well as the qualit get the work done. My vehicle brake line was damaged while being removed from the lift. It was there for 2 months They claimed it needed a connector box that wasn't available. There was no such part. Additionally items fro from the lift. It was there for 2 months They claimed it needed a connector box that wasn't available. There was no such part. Additionally items from my trunk were stolen. Poor or no communication at best. Management needs training on problem solving. More
