Honestly, worst service experience I have ever had. Sabina was my service advisor, and a child could have done better. No updates were given along the way, even when my vehicle was not touched for abou Sabina was my service advisor, and a child could have done better. I dropped off my car at 9:30am, and was unable to pick it up until 5:40pm when I needed my annual inspection and one part changed. I will be learning how to service my vehicle on my own as this was terrible service. In asking why I received no updates throughout the time my car was with them, she just gave me excuses saying "some people when they drop off their car just want stuff done and don't care about time". No customer service standards were met . Was told that they topped off all my fluids, that was a lie. Avoid at ALL costs! Wish zero stars was an option More
