The vehicle was returned to us as per the "We Owe", and we were informed that the job was satisfactory. 10 days later, we received an email noting that you didn't like the job. We provided the vehicle as promised with additional accessories after delivery which was not standard. You also asked for the original mirror as it was changed at the factory, and when the repair was performed, we gave you the other mirror. I did contact your sales rep, Cornelius in both text and email the day after and advised the scratch was still present and visible I even sent a picture. Never received a response from him. You did not provide any additional accessories for the car (ie the cargo net). Dr. Charley
