Went in for new tires, battery check (needed a boost last week) and a mysterious rattling in the rear of the car at highway speeds. An 8am appointment for a simple oil change turned into a full 3 hours of waiting. I scheduled an appointment in the hopes of being out of there in a reasonable time. When I checked in every 20min for an update, they kept saying it was “almost ready.” A basic oil change shouldn’t take that long, especially when it’s scheduled weeks in advance. More

There were confusing mixed messages from different people about how long the work would take. When I dropped my car off on Monday they gave me the impression it would be ready on Tuesday. I received no updates and when I called to ask about it, someone said the part wouldn't be in until Wednesday at the earliest. I called on Thursday and they said they had the part and would probably do the repair that day. The repairs weren't finished until the end of the day on Friday. They could have been more upfront about the timeframe at the beginning and more communicative about possible delays. More
