Most employees are personable and service is good. Marc was a little too rigid about not giving a loner car or providing a shuttle. I didn’t know I had to make a reservation for a loner car. He could have made a one time exception considering my customer status (another employee made me aware). He stuck to the rules and showed no empathy as he delivered a cold, “no.” More
