I’ve been very disappointed of late. Regular oil was put in after I had been using synthetic oil from the beginning - I’ve only had my car serviced at Bay Ridge, so the history should have been clear. A panel under the glove compartment was not replaced correctly and kept falling into our feet. And finally, I’ve tried to have a driver-side mirror fixed twice! First they ordered the wrong part. And when I took my Moroni g off work to come back a second time, they discovered that the wrong part was in the box!! It’s a schlep to get out there from Williamsburg, but it was worth it when I felt the car and I were being well-served. At this point, I’ve got big doubts, and will be looking elsewhere. More
